
At O’Malley Fitness we will help you out by putting together your own specific exercise program, which might include cardio training, strength training, weight training, core training and flexibility training or a combination of all.
You don’t have to become a member of a gym we will come to you and train you in the comfort of your own home, at a local park or at your office. If one on one training is not for you, we encourage you to get a group of friends together and form your own fitness group and undertake group fitness training. We will sit down with you to understand your wants and needs to determine the combination of training that will best suit you.
