Boxing Training/Technique

Boxing training is a full body workout that is safe, intense and highly enjoyable.

It is also a great workout for all fitness levels. As a qualified boxing instructor I can assist you in working your way up to a high level of fitness without ever getting hit! For the more serious boxing client I can teach you the correct technique in relation to the offensive and defensive side of the sport. The training takes place at some of Geelong's best boxing gymnasiums that include bags, floor to ceiling ball, speedball, ring and lots of room to skip, shadow box etc. I provide all the equipment necessary so all you have to do is turn up and give it your best!
