Certificate III and IV in Fitness - Instructor
O'Malley Fitness is managed by Michael O'Malley and has just moved into the brand new Health & Fitness Studio at the prestigious Geelong Lawn Tennis Club. Michael also currently works for the Geelong Football Club in the AFL and is Head Fitness Coach at St Joseph's Football Club in the GFL. He employs two other personal trainers - Laura Bridgman and Ben Doods. Both trainers are focused and dedicated to keeping their clients fit and healthy.
Mick works for the Geelong Football Club and takes camps for the corporate and general public alike. He deals in a variety of areas such as general fitness, weight loss, rehabilitation, and sport specific programs for a variety of ages from teenagers and the elderly.
Mick also runs the O'Malley Fit Camp which occurs various times through the year, as well as running Kokoda trips for groups of up to 20 people (see Events page for information on the next Fit Camp and trip to Kokoda)
Mick also lectures for Certificate IV in personal training.
