A Program For You
At O’Malley Fitness, our personal trainers will put together a specific exercise program. Depending on your health and fitness goals, you training program might include cardio training, strength training, weight training, core training and flexibility training or a combination of all.
You don’t have to become a member of a gym, you can pay as you go or we can come to you and train in the comfort of your home, at a local park or your office. If one on one training is not for you, we encourage you to get a group of friends together and form a fitness group, we offer private group fitness training. We'll sit down with you to understand your wants and needs to determine the combination of training that will best suit you.
