Richard Archer

Richard's personal training experience ranges from one on one personal training to group fitness sessions using a variety of methodology to achieve the highest results possible. Richard has a strong focus on body mechanics, mobility and consistency resulting in quality over quantity. 

Qualifications:

- Certificate III & IV Personal training

- Senior First Aid

- CPR

- Kettlebell Introductory Course

Victoria Herring

Victoria believes in the importance of exercise and how it can positively benefit mental wellbeing, stress reduction, happiness and overall improved quality of life. No training session is ever the same; every exercise is beneficial to the individual based upon their own goals and abilities.

Qualifications:

- Cert III & IV in Fitness

- Undertaking a Bachelor In Exercise and Sport Science (Honours in Nutrition)

- Level II First Aid
