Richard has a keen passion for the fitness industry having trained in variety of styles to expand his fitness skills, education and learning. Richard takes pride in providing the best quality workouts to meet his client's goals.
Richard has a variety of personal training experience, ranging in both group and individual settings. He employs a variety of methodologies to achieve the highest results possible for each and every client.
Richard specialises in body mechanics, mobility and consistency. This allows each of his clients to experience high-quality workout programs. Getting people moving well is Richard's priority. He understands how consistently and intensity allow ease of movement safely and efficiently throughout the course of every workout.
Richard enjoys obstacle racing, trail running, camping and has also trekked the Himalaya’s in Nepal.
