O’Malley Fitness is thrilled to welcome Wil Chalmers to our team of personal and group trainers. Wil joins us with two years of personal training experience, having trained clients of all ages. Wil also has experience in developing personalised training programs. As Wil holds a Bachelor of Nutrition from La Trobe University, he is able to provide clients with expert knowledge about healthy eating. He is also currently completing his Certificate IV in Fitness.

Wil is passionate about helping his clients fulfil their training goals and assisting in healthy eating plans. Wil knows that a combination of both, tailored to each unique client, is how to achieve the very best results. Wil understands that a healthy lifestyle is about more than fitness and enjoys helping his clients to develop a healthy lifestyle balance.
