Zach believes in quality over quantity when it comes to training. He places the utmost importance in learning and developing techniques thoroughly and properly before and whilst putting them into action.
Zach enjoys making each training session different and incorporating a range of different techniques, exercise and styles into each training session, as a way of finding each of his client’s strengths and weaknesses. This aids in tailoring training programs for each client’s individual needs in order for them to improve as much as possible, while also keeping training fresh and fun.
Zach's motto is one step at a time and concentrating on not only the end goal but the steps to get there as well. Allowing you to complete exercises to the best of your ability, whether in school, work, fitness or life in general.
